Legend of the Tsunami Warrior is a historical epic film from Thailand that takes place in the 16th century. The kingdoms of Langkasuka, Pattani, and Kelantan are facing the threat of sea pirates who are raiding their lands and taking hostages. The Queen of Langkasuka, Hijau, is determined to defend her kingdom and seeks the help of the other two queens, Biru and Ungu.
Despite their initial distrust of each other, the three queens are forced to put their differences aside and form an alliance to defeat the pirates. They train their armies and plan a strategy to reclaim their lands and rescue the hostages, including the son of Queen Hijau.
The movie features intense battle scenes as the queens and their armies face off against the pirates, including an impressive naval battle. It also explores themes of female leadership, teamwork, and courage in the face of overwhelming odds.
Legend of the Tsunami Warrior features an ensemble cast of talented Thai actors, including Sorapong Chatree, who plays the wise sage named Sang Petualang. The film was directed by Nonzee Nimibutr, who is known for his work on other epic historical films such as Nang Nak and Queen of Langkasuka.
