Le Pupille follows the story of Mia, a rebellious teenager who is constantly getting into trouble at her all-girls boarding school. Despite her bad reputation, Mia is actually incredibly intelligent, resourceful, and cunning. She forms a close bond with her roommate, Eliza, who is also considered a troublemaker by the school's strict headmistress.
As the two girls navigate the challenges of adolescence, they discover that the other girls at the school who are labeled as "bad" are actually the most supportive, loyal, and kind-hearted. Together, Mia and Eliza form a secret society called "Le Pupille," dedicated to helping their fellow outcast classmates and challenging the oppressive rules of the school.
