Late Summer is a psychological thriller that revolves around the life of Dr. Alec Hamilton, a successful young doctor who is suspected of being the infamous Jack the Ripper copycat killer. As the series of murders continue, Alec becomes the prime suspect and is investigated by the police.
However, before he could prove his innocence, Alec is found dead, leaving behind his identical twin brother, Paul, who is devastated by the loss. Despite his grief, Paul begins to experience terrifying visions of the true killer, leading him to believe that his brother was innocent of the crimes.
Determined to uncover the truth, Paul embarks on a dangerous journey to find the real killer, while at the same time, evading the police who suspect him of being the murderer. As he delves deeper into the investigation, Paul uncovers shocking secrets and discovers that the true killer is someone close to him.
