As Chloe and Revel continue their search for Chloe's missing sister, they encounter Vincent, who claims to have psychic abilities and offers to help them find her. Skeptical at first, the group soon becomes convinced of Vincent's talents when he makes contact with Chloe's sister's spirit.
However, their celebration is cut short when a gunshot rings out in the night, and Remington appears at their doorstep, still being pursued by the malevolent forces from the evil cabin. His arrival sets off a series of terrifying events that forces the group to band together and fight for their lives against the seemingly unstoppable evil.
As they struggle to survive, the group learns more about the origins of the evil and discovers that the only way to defeat it is by confronting it head-on. But with their resources dwindling and time running out, they must rely on their wits and courage to overcome their greatest fears and finally put an end to the evil once and for all.
