L'agenzia dei bugiardi (The Agency of Liars) is an Italian comedy-drama film released in 2019. The movie revolves around a group of people who fabricate lies to cover up their own mistakes and shortcomings. The story takes place in Rome and follows the lives of five different characters.
The first character is Lucio (Giampaolo Morelli), an aspiring writer who is heavily indebted to a ruthless loan shark. Lucio resorts to lying to get himself out of trouble, but his lies usually end up making things worse.
