George Kuffs decides to step up and take over his brother's patrol special district in order to try and make some money to support his girlfriend and impending baby. Despite his lack of experience and training, George starts to clean up the streets and take on local criminals, much to the chagrin of the corrupt officials in the area. Along the way, George also starts to investigate his brother's murder and discovers that it may have been part of a larger conspiracy. With the help of his girlfriend, his brother's ex-partner, and a group of misfit officers, George sets out to bring justice to the neighborhood and seek revenge for his brother's death.
