Kolamavu Kokila is a Tamil-language crime comedy film directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. The film stars Nayanthara in the lead role as Kokila, who becomes a drug peddler to pay for her mother's cancer treatment. She teams up with a drug dealer, played by Yogi Babu, and his associates to start a drug business. However, their plan goes awry when they are chased by the police and rival gangs.
Throughout the movie, Kokila tries to balance her secret life as a drug dealer with her family responsibilities and her day job as a salesgirl.
