Knight and Day is a 2010 action-comedy film directed by James Mangold and stars Tom Cruise as Roy Miller, a rogue CIA agent, and Cameron Diaz as June Havens, a car mechanic who gets caught up in Roy's dangerous world of espionage. The two meet on a flight from Wichita to Boston, and after a series of wild events, June finds herself on the run with Roy, who she can't decide whether to trust or not.

Roy convinces June that he's trying to protect her from the bad guys who are out to kill them both, but as they travel from city to city, June starts to wonder if Roy is really telling her the truth. The two constantly switch between being allies and adversaries, adding an element of unpredictability to their journey.

While on the run, June and Roy encounter a number of dangerous situations, including a high-speed car chase through the streets of Seville, a shootout on a train in Austria, and a dramatic plane crash in the middle of the Midwest. Along the way, they also meet some interesting characters, such as Simon Feck, a brilliant inventor played by Paul Dano, and Fitzgerald, an evil arms dealer played by Peter Sarsgaard.

As they race against time to clear their names and foil a sinister plot involving a dangerous new technology, June and Roy must navigate a web of lies and deception to figure out who they can really trust. In the end, their survival depends on their ability to distinguish between truth and trust, and to work together to outsmart their enemies.
