Chloe, a hardworking single mother, is finally finding stability in her life with her boyfriend Alex and teenage daughter Nicole. However, her world is thrown into chaos when her younger sister, Sadie, suddenly returns home after a mysterious absence.
At first, Chloe is overjoyed to have her sister back, and Sadie seems eager to bond with her niece and make up for lost time.
