House of Hell: Neutered Redemption

The three naïve guys are Leo, Doug, and Roger, who are all in their mid-twenties and looking to experience the wild side of Hollywood. They embark on a road trip from Illinois to LA to start fresh and live their dreams. They soon meet a sleazy real-estate agent who shows them the perfect place to live - a mansion in the Hollywood Hills, which they rent at a low price.
However, as soon as they arrive, they notice that something is strange. They meet a solitary Mexican man outside the house who tries to warn them in Spanish that the place is possessed by Satan, but they don't understand him and ignore his warnings.
The three guys decide to throw a party to celebrate their new home and invite their gorgeous neighbor, Lucy, to join in the fun. An old friend of the group, who is studying to become a Catholic priest, arrives to stay with them for a while.
It is soon revealed that the basement of the house houses a portal to Hell, and as the partygoers get caught up in the chaos, they meet their untimely end at the hands of various demons and possessed objects.
As the night goes on, the guys realize that Lucy and her friends may not be what they seem. In a fun twist, their neutered dog becomes the only hope for survival as its bark sends the demons back to hell before they can wreak too much havoc.
