In the movie Kick, the protagonist is named Devi Lal Singh (played by Salman Khan), who is an adrenaline junkie and a talented thief. He falls in love with Shaina (played by Jacqueline Fernandez) but leaves her without any explanation, as he is scared of his own feelings and the commitment that a relationship requires.
Devi decides to embrace a life of crime and becomes a vigilante, stealing from corrupt individuals and donating the proceeds to charity. He becomes known as Kick, due to his habit of always getting a kick from his actions.
However, his actions draw the attention of a veteran police officer named Himanshu (played by Randeep Hooda), who is determined to catch Kick and put an end to his vigilantism. At the same time, Kick finds himself embroiled in a turf war with a local gangster named Shiv Gajra (played by Nawazuddin Siddiqui).
As the story unfolds, Devi's past catches up with him, and he is forced to confront his feelings for Shaina as well as the consequences of his actions as Kick.
