Keys to the Heart is a heartwarming South Korean drama film that follows a story of sibling rivalry and reconciliation. The movie revolves around two brothers, Jo-Ha and Jin-Tae. Jo-Ha is a former boxer who now lives a life of obscurity, trying to make ends meet as a debt collector. Jin-Tae, on the other hand, is a gifted pianist who has won several awards for his skills, but he struggles with a physical disability that limits his movement and speech.

When Jo-Ha receives a phone call from his estranged mother, he is forced to return to his hometown.
