Lost in Australia: The Kangaroo Crisis

Crime,Action,Comedy,Family,Adventure  United States of America,Australia

The movie Kangaroo Jack was released in 2003 and was directed by David McNally. The two childhood friends, Charlie Carbone (Jerry O'Connell) and Louis Booker (Anthony Anderson), find themselves in trouble when they accidentally shoot and kill a kangaroo while on a road trip in the Australian Outback. Unbeknownst to them, the kangaroo's jacket contains the $50,000 that they are supposed to deliver to a mob boss in Australia.

As they try to find a way to recover the money, they are pursued by the angry mobsters, a tough female sheriff, and a group of Aboriginal hunters who believe they have disrespected their land. Along the way, they come across the talking kangaroo (voiced by Adam Garcia) who causes chaos and confusion as he continually steals the money.

Through a series of madcap hijinks, including bungee jumping, skydiving, and a high-speed pursuit, the friends try to retrieve the money and escape from those who are after them. In the end, they manage to outsmart the mobsters and return the money, but not before learning valuable lessons about friendship and honesty.
