The Indian doctor, named Kaali, begins his search for his real roots in India. He meets a local guide who takes him to various villages and towns in search of his biological parents. Along the way, he uncovers a dark secret about his past and the reason why he was given up for adoption.
As Kaali delves deeper into his past, he realizes that his recurring nightmare is linked to his adoption and the secret that his biological parents have been trying to hide for years. He discovers that he has a twin brother named Karthik who was separated from him at birth and now leads a life of crime.
With the help of his guide and a few local villagers, Kaali sets out to find his brother and uncover the truth about his past. He faces many challenges along the way, including a dangerous gang of criminals and a corrupt police force.
In the end, Kaali finds his brother and learns the truth about his past. He realizes that his adoption was a blessing in disguise and that he has a family who loves him unconditionally. Kaali also finds closure in his recurring nightmare and is able to move on with his life knowing his true identity.
