Kayla, Melissa, and Bobby are all excited about the bachelor party weekend ahead. However, Kayla secretly plans to meet up with Nik, a guy she met online, despite the protests of her sister and future brother-in-law. As they make their way through a remote area, Nik convinces Kayla to take a shortcut, against Bobby's advice.
Their car breaks down in the middle of nowhere, leaving them stranded on the side of the road. They eventually come across an isolated house, where they find a fully functioning car parked in the garage. Nik convinces Kayla and Bobby to take the car and continue their journey to Las Vegas. However, as they hit the road, they soon realize that they are not alone.
The trio is soon pursued by a menacing trucker known as Rusty Nail, who tortures them with a series of deadly and sadistic games. As they try to evade their pursuer, Kayla and her friends quickly become the trucker's next targets, ultimately putting their lives in grave danger.
