Jayeshbhai Jordaar is a Hindi language film that was directed by debutant director Divyang Thakkar and produced by Yash Raj Films. The movie follows the story of Jayesh (played by Ranveer Singh), who is a non-confrontational man living in Gujarat with his patriarchal family. He decides to take a stand when he learns that his wife Mudra (played by Shalini Pandey) is pregnant with a girl child and his family wants to abort her.
