Island Zero is a horror film directed by Josh Gerritsen and written by Tess Gerritsen. The movie is set in a small fishing community on a remote island off the coast of Maine that becomes stranded without supplies or communication with the outside world when the ferry stops coming. The townsfolk soon discover that all forms of communication have been cut off, preventing them from getting help or even alerting their families.

As the weeks pass, the small town begins to suffer from a strange disease that is leaving people almost lifeless and causing hallucinations. Fishermen find mutilated bodies in their nets, and soon people start disappearing altogether.

As the survivors struggle to survive, they realize that the island is being stalked by a mysterious creature that is hunting them one by one. With no way to escape and no communication to the outside world, the islanders must fight to find a way to protect themselves from the unknown creature before they all perish.

The cast includes Laila Robins as Dr. Helen. John Shea as Dr. William, Adam Wade McLaughlin as Sam, Teri Reeves as Lucy, Matthew Wilkas as Roscoe, and Joanna Clarke as Ellie. With its intense score, eerie atmosphere, and suspenseful plot, Island Zero is a haunting tale that keeps you on edge until the very end.
