In Innocent Blood, Marie is a beautiful vampire who lives in Pittsburgh. Unlike other vampires, she chooses to only feed on criminals which she sees as a way of doing good. One night, she sets her sights on a notorious mob boss named Sal, who is about to be taken down by the FBI.
However, things go wrong when Sal is not fully drained and turns into a vampire himself. Unaware of his new power and thirst for blood, he continues to run his criminal empire with a newfound vengeance. Marie realizes she must stop him before he becomes too powerful and puts the city in danger.
In her attempts to stop Sal, she teams up with a cop named Joe, who is investigating a series of murders that follow Sal's new reign of terror. Together, they must face Sal and his minions in a final showdown to save the city from the ravages of the undead.
Throughout the film, Marie struggles with her own morality as she questions whether her actions as a vampire are truly good or if she is simply a murderer. Despite her doubts, she remains determined to end Sal's reign of terror and protect innocent lives.
