Inmate Zero is a British horror movie that tells the story of a highly contagious disease that breaks out on a remote island prison, leading to chaos and bloodshed. The disease is called the "Zombie Virus," and its victims experience violent behavioral changes before ultimately becoming mindless and aggressive.
