Incision is a horror-thriller movie that follows a group of friends, including beauty blogger Alexa Landry, who are kidnapped by a psychotic plastic surgeon, Dr. Cunningham. Dr. Cunningham is a man obsessed with creating the perfect physical appearance and believes that he can achieve this by performing extreme plastic surgery procedures on his victims. He kidnaps Alexa and her friends and forces them to undergo various procedures, including face lifts, liposuction, and breast augmentations.
