Brad and Jess are a young couple who have grown tired of their small hometown and the lack of opportunities there. They decide to move to Los Angeles, hoping to find better jobs and a more exciting lifestyle. However, things do not go as smoothly as they had hoped.
After a long search for an affordable place to live, Brad and Jess stumble upon a beautiful, spacious apartment managed by a friendly landlord named Peter. The rent is surprisingly low, and the couple can hardly believe their luck.
However, it soon becomes clear that something strange is happening in their new home. They hear strange noises at night, and objects move on their own. Brad also begins to have vivid nightmares that leave him shaken and disoriented.
