In Your Eyes is a romantic drama film released in 2014 that tells the story of two strangers named Rebecca Porter and Dylan Kershaw, who live far apart from each other and have never met in person. However, they find out that they share a mysterious telepathic connection that enables them to see, hear, and feel each other's emotions and experiences.
Rebecca is a lonely, bored housewife from New Hampshire, while Dylan is a small-time criminal and ex-convict living in New Mexico. Despite their vastly different backgrounds, they develop a close relationship through their telepathic connection and become emotionally entangled in each other's lives.
As their bond deepens, they struggle with the implications of their connection and the distance between them. They try to find ways to meet each other in person and explore their feelings, but their circumstances make it difficult. Nevertheless, they continue to nurture their bond and support each other through their individual struggles.
The film explores themes of love, connection, and the power of the mind, and features strong performances from its lead actors, Zoe Kazan and Michael Stahl-David. Written and executive produced by Joss Whedon and directed by Brin Hill, In Your Eyes offers a unique and touching take on the romantic genre.
