In Vino is a comedy movie that follows two longtime friends, Adam and Luke, who end up in a difficult situation when they attend a wine tasting event. Adam is a successful businessman, while Luke is an unemployed dad, struggling to make ends meet. After getting drunk, Adam and Luke decide to go on a wild night out, but things go off the rails when they accidentally kill a renowned wine connoisseur.
In an attempt to cover up their crime, Adam and Luke decide to hide the body and make it look like the wine connoisseur died of natural causes. However, their plan starts to fall apart when the connoisseur's widow starts to suspect foul play and hires a private investigator to uncover the truth.
As Adam and Luke try to keep their crime under wraps, they find themselves entangled in a web of lies, cover-ups, and hilarious misadventures. With the investigator closing in, Adam and Luke must navigate through their mistakes to come out unscathed.
