In "If I Had Wings," after the Gnome King captures the Good Witch, he starts unleashing his army of mischievous creatures on the magical land of Oz. The land is thrown into chaos as the Gnome King seeks to obtain Dorothy's ruby slippers, the key to taking control of The Emerald City, and ruling over all of Oz.
