In "I Got the Hook Up 2," Black and Blue's restaurant is shut down due to their unpaid electricity bills. Black, played by Master P, is faced with the challenge of finding a way to make money quickly. His luck seemingly turns around when Fatboy, Blue's son, and his friend Spyda bring him a stash of stolen cellphones. Black decides to sell them on the streets, hoping to make a profit.

However, things take a turn for the worse when it is revealed that the boxes of cellphones also contain the Colombian cartel's stash of Molly. Spyda, played by DC Young Fly, decides to sell the drugs along with the phones, putting both him and Black in danger.

As they try to navigate the dangerous world of drug dealing, Black and Spyda encounter a variety of characters, including a corrupt cop, a tech-savvy college student, and a group of elderly marijuana smokers. They also face competition from a rival gang who wants to take over their territory.

Throughout the movie, Black is also dealing with personal struggles, including a strained relationship with his son and trying to win back his ex-girlfriend. "I Got the Hook Up 2" is a comedy that combines action, drama, and a bit of romance, as Black and Spyda try to make a name for themselves in the underground world of phone and drug dealing.
