Humanoids from the Deep is a 1980 science fiction horror film directed by Barbara Peeters and produced by Roger Corman. The movie follows the events that unfold in a small fishing town after a local company starts conducting genetic experiments in the nearby ocean. As a result of these experiments, humanoid sea creatures are created that begin to terrorize the town, killing any human that comes in their way.

These humanoid creatures have a particular appetite for human women and are shown relentlessly hunting them down for mating purposes. The movie portrays the horrifying consequences of the company's experiments and shows how the townspeople, led by a dedicated fisherman and a marine biologist, try to fight back against the rampaging sea creatures.
