House of Demons is a horror movie released in 2018, directed by Patrick Meaney and starring Amber Benson, Chloe Dykstra, Kaytlin Borgen, Whitney Moore, and Jeff Torres. The story takes place in a creepy, isolated house in the countryside, which was once the headquarters of a cult led by a charismatic guy called Master Ben. The members of the cult were involved in bizarre rituals and extreme drug use, which ended up with several deaths, including the leader himself.

Years after the cult's demise, four former friends, who have grown apart, decide to reunite and spend a weekend in the reopened house, now owned by a wealthy art collector. The group includes Gwen, a struggling actress trying to get over a failed relationship; Tommy, a successful businessman with a dark secret; Paige, a former drug addict trying to make amends; and Mark, a recovering alcoholic still resentful towards Gwen.

As soon as they arrive at the house, strange things start happening, and they quickly realize they aren't alone. The house is haunted by the spirits of the cult members, who seem to be trying to communicate with them. Soon, the group begins to experience vivid flashbacks of the cult's rituals, and they start to question their own sanity. Meanwhile, the past sins and secrets of each member come to light, leading to confrontations and betrayals.

As the night goes on, the line between reality and the supernatural becomes blurred, and the characters have to face their own demons, both literal and metaphorical, if they want to survive. The film explores themes of guilt, trauma, addiction, and redemption, culminating in a gripping climax that will leave the audience breathless. The House of Demons is a stylish, well-acted, and unsettling horror movie that will keep you guessing until the end.
