House IV is a 1992 horror film and the fourth installment in the House film series. The movie follows the story of Roger Cobb, a horror novelist who is killed in a car accident while trying to save a young girl. After his death, his estranged family, including his wife Kelly (Terri Treas) and their daughter Laurel (Melissa Clayton), move into the family house that had haunted Roger for years.
The house has a dark history and was built on sacred Native American burial grounds. Soon after moving in, the family begins to experience strange and terrifying occurrences. They witness ghosts, hear unexplained noises, and encounter dangerous supernatural entities.
Kelly seeks the help of a spiritualist named Kana (Ned Romero) to help rid the house of its evil spirits. Together, they uncover the truth about the house's past and why Roger had been so afraid of it.
As the haunting intensifies, the family must fight to survive and banish the evil spirits before it's too late. House IV offers plenty of jump scares and gruesome scenes, keeping the audience on edge throughout the film.
