Horror Stories 2 is a South Korean horror anthology movie that consists of four bone-chilling stories that are tied together with a main narrative. The movie was directed by a group of four filmmakers, Min Kyu-dong, Kim Sun, Jung Bum-shik, and Kim Hwi.
In the main narrative, Yoon (played by Kim Seul-gi) is an outsider who works as an insurance agent for an insurance company. She has a supernatural power that allows her to see people’s past and read their minds. Yoon's boss, Mr. Park (played by Kim Ji-young) is intrigued by her ability, and he decides to put her to the test by bringing her to a storage room filled with case reports.
Mr. Park picks three cases that he finds doubtful and instructs Yoon to tell him what exactly happened in each case. As Yoon narrates each story, the dark aura that surrounds them starts getting bigger and darker, and Yoon realizes that the cases are not just ordinary cases.
The first case tells the story of a young girl who goes missing in a forest while on a school trip. The second case revolves around a kid who is haunted by a vengeful female ghost after he accidentally knocks over her urn. The third case is about a young woman who is tormented by a mysterious photo that predicts her future.
As Yoon continues to narrate the cases, Mr. Park starts to realize that the dark aura they sense is a manifestation of something sinister that is trying to harm them. Yoon tries to warn Mr. Park that they need to leave the storage room immediately, but it might be too late.
Horror Stories 2 is a gripping horror movie that will keep you on the edge of your seat and leave you with a sense of unease long after the credits roll.
