Horror Express is a 1972 horror film directed by Eugenio Martin and starring Christopher Lee, Peter Cushing, and Telly Savalas. The film follows the story of Professor Alexander Saxton, an anthropologist who discovers the frozen remains of a prehistoric creature in Manchuria. He intends to bring it back to Europe on a train, but little does he know that the creature is not as dormant as it seems.

As the train takes off, strange things start to happen. The creature's eyes glow red and it begins to emit psychic energy that starts to drive the passengers and crew insane. As people start dying mysteriously, Saxton and his rival, Dr. Wells (played by Peter Cushing), team up to investigate the cause of the deaths. They soon discover that the creature is not just an ordinary prehistoric beast, but a powerful extraterrestrial being capable of possessing the bodies of its victims and absorbing their memories.

As the situation on the train becomes more dire, a new threat emerges in the form of Captain Kazan (Telly Savalas), a ruthless Russian Cossack out to retrieve the creature at all costs. Kazan's arrival only adds to the chaos and the passengers find themselves caught between two deadly forces.

The film is known for its atmospheric tension and its use of classic horror tropes, including possession, zombies, and alien invasions. It has become a cult classic in the horror genre and is regarded as one of Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing's best collaborations outside of the Hammer Studios.
