Nick, Kurt and Dale are three friends who are tired of their intolerable bosses. Nick works for a manipulative boss who takes credit for his work and denies him a well-deserved promotion, Kurt works for a sleazy and perverted boss who constantly harasses him, and Dale works for an abusive and manipulative boss who threatens to ruin his life if he quits.
After a few too many drinks, the three friends come up with a plan to kill their bosses, with the help of an ex-con they meet at a bar. They hire a hitman, but things quickly spiral out of control and they find themselves in over their heads.
Throughout the movie, the friends encounter numerous obstacles and setbacks, but they refuse to give up on their plan. They try to gather evidence against their bosses, but their attempts are thwarted at every turn.
As the plan becomes increasingly complicated and dangerous, the friends begin to question whether they are even capable of going through with it. Along the way, they learn important lessons about loyalty, friendship, and the true meaning of success.
