"Temporary Body" is actually the English title of the South Korean movie titled "Homestay" in its original language. The film tells the story of Min-joon, a young man who is struggling to find a sense of direction in his life. Min-joon is lonely and disconnected from his family, and his job as a part-time worker provides him with little fulfillment.
One day, Min-joon receives a strange gift from heaven – a "temporary body" that will last for 100 days. With this new lease on life, Min-joon sets out to change his ways and make the most of his time. He moves in with an older couple, Mr. and Mrs. Lee, who are surprised but welcoming of their new tenant.
As Min-joon starts to settle in, he learns some important life lessons from the Lees and begins to forge meaningful connections with them and the people around him. He also starts to pursue his dream of becoming a writer, using his temporary body as inspiration.
