In the movie Home Makeover, the Minions are tasked with making Gru's home safe for the children before Child Services arrives. Gru, a former villain who has now adopted three little girls, discovers that Child Services will be coming to inspect his home. He enlists the help of his trusty Minions to quickly make the necessary changes to ensure that his home is child-friendly and safe.
The Minions start by putting up safety gates and padding sharp corners. They also install smoke detectors and fire extinguishers in every room. However, they quickly realize that there is a lot more work to be done. They find themselves in a frenzy as they work to transform Gru's dark and villainous home into a cozy and child-friendly space.
Along the way, the Minions encounter various obstacles, including Gru's pet shark, which they have to relocate to an aquarium. They also have to fend off a pesky raccoon that keeps stealing their supplies.
As they work around the clock, the Minions start to bond with the little girls and become invested in the project. They take great pride in their work and are determined to make Gru's home perfect before the inspectors arrive.
Finally, the day of the inspection arrives. The Minions wait anxiously as Child Services examines every corner of the house. In the end, the inspectors are thrilled with the changes that have been made and approve Gru's home for the adoption. The Minions celebrate their success with a dance party, thrilled that they were able to help their beloved boss and his new family.
