Home for the Holidays is a 1995 comedy-drama film directed by Jodie Foster. The film tells the story of Claudia Larson (played by Holly Hunter), a single mother and art restorer who is fired from her job just before Thanksgiving and ends up spending the holiday with her family in her hometown of Baltimore.
Claudia's family is an eccentric bunch that includes her parents, Adele (Anne Bancroft) and Henry (Charles Durning), her sister Joanne (Cynthia Stevenson), and her brother Tommy (Robert Downey Jr.).
