Hijacked: Flight 73 is a gripping dramatization of the events that took place on September 5, 1986, when four heavily armed Palestinian terrorists rushed on board the Pan Am Flight 73 as it prepared to take off from Karachi airport. The terrorists' aim was to capture the plane and hold its passengers and crew hostage, demanding the release of several imprisoned Palestinian militants.
The film follows the horrific ordeal suffered by the passengers and crew who were trapped on board the hijacked flight for 16 hours, as the terrorists became increasingly violent and menacing.
