High Life is a science fiction film directed by Claire Denis and stars Robert Pattinson as Monte, a convicted criminal and father to a baby daughter, Willow. Monte and Willow are part of a group of death row inmates who have been sent on a mission to reach a black hole and extract its energy for Earth's use. However, the mission quickly turns into a nightmare as they encounter dangerous situations and are subjected to experimentation by the ship's doctor, Dibs (played by Juliette Binoche).
