After losing their children while on a family trip near some caves in Tijuana, a married couple named Felix and Sol begin to frantically search for them. The kids, named Adolfo and Sara, eventually reappear without explanation, but it soon becomes clear that something terrifying has changed them. They exhibit strange behavior and seem to have psychic abilities. As Felix and Sol attempt to get to the bottom of what happened to their children during their disappearance, they uncover a dark and disturbing history of the area around the caves, including rumors of satanic rituals and child sacrifices. In the end, the couple is forced to confront the horrors that lie within their own family, leading to a terrifying finale.
