The movie Hellthy follows a troubled and drug-addicted young woman, named Sarah, who gets abducted by a psychopath named Jason. Jason is a deranged individual who believes that he can save the world, one addict at a time.
Jason's own traumatic past and personal experiences with addiction have led him to believe that he has found the ultimate solution to drug addiction. He kidnaps drug addicts off the streets, imprisons them in a makeshift rehab facility and forces them through a brutal and torturous rehabilitation process.
