Hellraiser: Hellworld is the eighth installment in the Hellraiser film series. The movie follows a group of computer hackers who are obsessed with a popular online game based on the Hellraiser mythology. The game's ultimate challenge is to solve the Lament Configuration, the infamous puzzle box that summons the demonic Cenobites led by Pinhead.

The group receives invitations to a private Hellworld party hosted by the game's creator, a mysterious man named the Host. They attend the party at an old mansion, where they are led into a virtual reality game that simulates the Hellraiser dimension. However, the group soon realizes that the game is more real than they thought, and they are trapped in a deadly game of survival.

As they try to escape, they are beset by visions of their worst fears brought to life by Pinhead and his Cenobites. The group must solve the Lament Configuration and defeat Pinhead to free themselves from the Host's twisted game. The movie features a twist ending that reveals who the Host really is and what his true intentions are.
