The woman's name is Kate, and she is traveling alone when her car breaks down in the middle of the desert. She begins walking to try and find help, but eventually comes across an abandoned town called Red Rock.
As she explores the town, she realizes that it is not entirely abandoned, as a gang of psycho bikers are using it as their base. They immediately begin menacing her, and Kate realizes that she is in serious danger.
The leader of the gang is a man named Blade, who is particularly unhinged and violent. He takes a particular interest in Kate, and begins to stalk her through the empty streets of the town.
Kate manages to find an ally in another biker named Reno, who is part of the gang but doesn't share their violent tendencies. Together, they plot a way to escape the town and the terrifying bikers who want to kill them.
