"Headhunters" is a Norwegian thriller film based on the novel by Jo Nesbø. The movie follows Roger Brown, a successful headhunter who leads a double life as an art thief. He is desperately in need of money to maintain his luxurious lifestyle and impress his beautiful wife, Diana. One day, he meets Clas Greve, a former mercenary who owns a rare and valuable painting. Seeing an opportunity, Roger decides to steal the painting, but the mission becomes complicated when he realizes that Greve is a skilled and dangerous opponent.
Soon after the theft, Roger finds himself in a deadly game of cat and mouse, as Greve relentlessly pursues him to retrieve the stolen painting. Roger is forced to use all his cunning and resources to survive, leading to a series of unpredictable and nail-biting twists and turns. Along the way, Roger also discovers some shocking truths about his own life and the people he thought he could trust.
The film is directed by Morten Tyldum and stars Aksel Hennie as Roger, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau as Greve, and Synnøve Macody Lund as Diana. "Headhunters" received critical acclaim for its clever plot, suspenseful direction, and strong performances. It is regarded as one of the best Norwegian films ever made and has since been adapted into several other languages, including English.
