He Knows is a horror-thriller that follows Christina, a young mother who has been traumatized ever since she witnessed the murder of her family by Sammy the Elf. Sammy is a notorious Christmas-themed serial killer who targets those on his naughty list. Christina has been plagued by nightmares of the incident for years and has tried to move on with her life, but everything changes when Sammy returns to their small midwest town to continue his killing spree.
Christina becomes consumed by fear when she learns that Sammy is back and that he's been targeting families with young children. Desperate to protect her daughter from the same fate she suffered, Christina will stop at nothing to keep them both safe. She seeks the help of a local detective who is investigating Sammy's latest crime scenes, but they soon realize that they are dealing with an unstoppable force of evil.
As the body count rises, Christina must confront her fears and face Sammy head-on in a final showdown.
