Havoc follows the story of Allison, a wealthy teenager who becomes fascinated with the gritty and dangerous gang life of Southern California. Along with her friends, Emily and Sam, Allison decides to immerse herself in this world by pretending to be gang members and exploring the gang culture.
As they delve deeper into this lifestyle, they meet a group of Latino gang members led by the charismatic Hector. Initially, the gang members are amused by the girls' attempts to fit in, but things take a dark turn when Emily crosses a line and insults one of the gang members.
This leads to a series of escalating confrontations between the girls and the gang, culminating in a violent and tragic event that shatters their illusion of the glamorized gang life they were trying to emulate. As they struggle to deal with the consequences of their actions, the girls come to realize the dangerous consequences of their reckless behavior.
