The movie Haunting on Fraternity Row follows a group of college seniors who decide to throw a Winter Luau party in their old fraternity house. As the night progresses, strange things start happening - doors slam shut, objects move by themselves, and a strange mist begins to descend upon the house.
When one of the partygoers is killed in a freak accident, the group begins to suspect that there may be something supernatural at play. As more and more of their friends start dying in increasingly gruesome ways, they realize that they are dealing with an evil entity that has taken over the house.
With time running out, the remaining survivors must band together to try and find a way to stop the entity before it can claim any more lives. Their only hope lies in unlocking the dark secrets of the fraternity house and putting an end to the curse that has haunted it for years.
