The movie begins with two airline hostesses Donna and Taryn arriving in Hawaii. They are also undercover agents, investigating a drug trafficking ring on the island. At the same time, Seth Romero, a notorious drug lord, is also on the island to retrieve a batch of stolen diamonds.
The plot thickens when Donna and Taryn intercept the delivery of diamonds meant for Seth. However, they soon realize that the diamonds are radioactive and that they could be dangerous. Simultaneously, Seth and his goons launch an all-out attack on the duo to retrieve the diamonds.
Amidst all the chaos, Rowdy Abilene, an undercover DEA agent, and his partner Jade arrive on the scene to lend a helping hand. They team up with Donna and Taryn to fight off Seth's army of henchmen and other island undesirables. In their efforts to thwart Seth's plans, they use an array of unconventional weapons such as remote control helicopters, rocket launchers, and razor blade frisbees.
As the story unfolds, the characters face numerous challenges, including assassins, poisonous snakes, and even a deadly cancer-infected snake. In the end, the heroic efforts of the agents and the women prove successful as they not only thwart Seth's plans but also save the island from a nuclear meltdown caused by the radioactive diamonds.
