In Happy Ghost II, the high school teacher named Mr. Kau (played by Raymond Wong) is known for being strict and serious, which makes him an easy target for his mischievous students. They often play pranks on him, which leads to embarrassing situations that affect his reputation as a teacher.
One day, Mr. Kau meets a group of ghosts who grant him magical powers, turning him into a ghost himself. He uses his newfound abilities to help his students, often intervening in their personal lives to help them solve problems and improve their grades.
