The movie starts with Jamie Lloyd (played by J.C. Brandy) giving birth to a baby boy in a barn on the night of Halloween. Just then, a group of hooded figures appear and take the baby away, as Jamie tries to escape through the woods.
Six years later, we see Tommy Doyle (played by Paul Rudd), who was one of the children Laurie Strode was babysitting in the first Halloween movie, returning to Haddonfield. He is obsessed with the idea that Michael Myers is not just a person, but a symbol of evil, and is determined to stop him once and for all.
Meanwhile, Jamie (now played by Danielle Harris) manages to escape the druid cult and makes her way back to Haddonfield, where she seeks help from Dr. Sam Loomis (played by Donald Pleasence), the only person who ever truly understood the terror of Michael Myers.
As the movie progresses, we learn that the druids have been manipulating Michael Myers all along, and that he is under some sort of supernatural curse that compels him to kill his entire family. Tommy and Loomis team up with Jamie to try and stop Michael for good, but they face several obstacles along the way.
The Curse of Michael Myers is considered by many fans to be one of the weaker entries in the Halloween franchise, but it still has its moments of suspense and horror. It also has the distinction of being Donald Pleasence's final film before his death in 1995.
