Dr. Challis and Ellie begin investigating the bizarre circumstances surrounding Harry's death and soon discover a secret plot by Cochran to use his Silver Shamrock masks to kill children during a national broadcast on Halloween night. The masks are equipped with microchips that, when activated by a broadcast signal, will cause the wearers' heads to melt and turn into a mass of writhing insects and snakes.
With time running out, Dr. Challis and Ellie must race against the clock to stop Cochran and his diabolical plan before it's too late. They infiltrate the Silver Shamrock factory and confront Cochran, leading to a climactic showdown that involves a bloody melee between Dr. Challis, Ellie, and Cochran's henchmen.
