Hack-O-Lantern, also known as Halloween Night and The Devil's Mask, is a 1988 horror film directed by Jag Mundhra. The movie's plot revolves around Tommy, a teenage boy who witnesses the murder of his father during a satanic ritual on Halloween night. The murderers are Tommy's grandfather, a prominent member of a satanic cult, and his own mother, who is also a member of the cult.
Years later, Tommy is a young man and his grandfather once again attempts to initiate him into the cult. However, at the same time, a mysterious killer begins targeting the people closest to Tommy, including his friends and family members. As the killings escalate, Tommy realizes that he may be the ultimate target of the killer and that he must confront his family's dark past to uncover the truth.
The film is known for its campy 80s horror aesthetic, over-the-top violence, and gore, and its satanic cult themes. It has become a cult classic among horror fans and is often cited as a prime example of the horror genre's fascination with satanic cults during the 1980s.
