The film Guest House follows the story of Sarah and Blake, a newly engaged couple who are excited to start their life together in their dream home. However, their dream home comes with a guest house that is occupied by Randy, the former owner's best friend, who refuses to leave.
Initially, Sarah and Blake try to be accommodating towards Randy, but his constant partying and disregard for their property soon puts a strain on their relationship. As tensions continue to rise, Sarah and Blake become increasingly desperate to get Randy out of their guest house.
